Masked Ball & 1000 canapés!

Last night saw the KF team at the horse stuntman, Steve Dent’s beautiful home in Rickmansworth to celebrate his daughter Sam’s 21st birthday. It was a masked ball attended by 200 family and friends. John prepared over 1000 canapés and we served drinks from 2 bars all evening. Sam looked stunning and the guests looked great in their masks, the music rocked till the early hours with everyone dancing and having fun. They were still going strong when we left at 2am!

The shot bar was very popular, with jäger bombs, tequila shots and some very interesting sweet filled vodka!

CAE Corporate Summer Ball

So Friday night was a different event for the KF team with a summer ball at Shendish House for CAE. This is the 3rd year we have catered this event for them and as always it went without a hitch. Kitchen team served a beautiful 3 course dinner which was well received, even managing to feed the extra six vegetarians and the cocktail bar staff! The drinks flowed and they partied hard until the early hours, the bar was constantly busy, well done to Ian and Joel who served hundreds of drinks with smiley faces! This little line up seemed a popular choice, blue WKD, jager bomb, followed by a sambuca shot! Bet there were some sore heads in the morning! Thanks CAE, see you next year!

Trio of Desserts!

So after the main course what do you give your guests? Hard to decide between chocolate or something lighter? We have the perfect solution, a trio of desserts, then there is definately something for everyone!

Pippa & Lee decided on seasonal berry mini meringue with clotted cream, dark chocolate and grand marnier mousse served in a shot glass and vanilla pannacotta with rhubarb compote! Delicious!

We have many trio ideas  and selections to choose from, so why just have one dessert? When you can have 3!
