1st Wedding of 2020!

Saturday saw us catering for Jill & Bob at City Church in St Albans. We served a delicious three course wedding breakfast starting with a Salad of seared duck breast, pancetta, watercress, pink grapefruit, honey and lavender dressing; followed by Braised blade of Beef, fondant potato, broad beans, peas, green beans, baby spinach. A trio of desserts completed the meal consisting of Sticky toffee, salted caramel sauce; Blackberry Eton mess, vanilla shortbread and a Chocolate orange pot, ginger bread. Fantastic compliments from the guests about the food and a great day had by all.
