At Kingfisher our talented chefs produce the most delicious BBQ’s and the one we served for Dani & Matt’s big day at Lodge Farm on Saturday didn’t disappoint!
After our signature canapés being served after the ceremony on the lawn the guests sat down in the Celeste marquee to a BBQ of Honey, soy and chorizo chicken skewers; Minute steaks; Monkfish, tiger prawn and salmon skewers and Marinated haloumi and vegetable skewers. All accompanied by bowls of Rocket, toasted pine nuts, parmesan, with balsamic dressing; Vine tomatoes, boccocini, red onion, rocket pesto salad and Saffron orzo, roasted courgettes, lemon, pan fried haloumi; and Cajun roasted sweet potatoes. For dessert they had a trio of desserts made up of Snickers brownie, clotted cream and Eton mess, strawberry shortcake, honey and a Passion fruit posset, pineapple compote, coconut shortbread. The guests were delighted with the food, we had lots of wonderfully complimentary comments! Well done team!
