Saturday we catered for Rachel & Sam at their parents farm in the rolling hills of Wootton Green in a marquee set in one of their fields overlooking stunning views of the Bedfordshire countryside. 124 guests enjoyed Prosecco, Pimms and real ale served alongside Kingfisher canapés in the summer sunshine.
Moving into the marquee for the wedding breakfast they choose starters of Confit Lamb Shoulder Croquette, Warm Vegetable Salad, Mint Dressing followed by Sirloin Of Beef, Dauphinoise, Seasonal Vegetables, Toasted Almonds, Red Wine Jus. Vegetarians were served Spinach, Pea And Broad Bean Risotto, Parmesan Crackling, Lemon And Tomato Dressing.
For dessert we served a trio of Dark Chocolate Torte, Caramelised Bananas; Glazed Lemon Tartlet, Clotted Cream, Caramelised Hazelnuts, Raspberries and Eton Mess, Blossom Honey, Strawberry Shortcake. Followed by Tea & Coffee Served With Homemade Petit Fours.
A further 200 guests arrived to enjoy the party with drinks flowing and a great DJ playing into the small hours. A great day for us to be part of.
