Lodge Farm Wedding

Saturday we catered at the stunning Lodge Farm for Rebekah & Ryan’s big day. The blessing took place in the secret garden followed by fizz and canapés on the lawn.

They choose a menu that was sharing style throughout, starting with Anti Pasti Platters of Salami Milano, Proscuitto, Chorizo; accompanied by Marinated Olives; Boccocini; Marinated roasted Vegetables; Sun-Blushed Tomatoes served with Breads and Balsamic Oils.

Main Course  they choose Carved Sirloin of Beef cooked medium and served to tables on boards, accompanied by Hand Cut Chips; Watercress and Rocket Salad; Roasted Field Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes; Creamed Spinach and Bernaise Sauce. Who doesn’t like Steak and chips Ryan said to me! It looked and smelt delicious.

For dessert another of our sharing options DIY Eton Mess. Bowls of Crushed Meringue; Strawberries;Whipped Cream and Strawberry Shortcake were placed on the tables for guest to share.

Speeches followed and evening guests arrived, with lots of G&T’s being served from the bar it wasn’t long before the dance floor was rocking into the night. A great day with a lovely couple, fantastic to be part of their special day!
