Saturday saw the team at Lynsey & Tom’s Christmas themed wedding. With Mulled Wine and stolen canapés on arrival, roaring fires and twinkly lights, it was a beautiful setting for their special day.
A winter menu of Aberdeenshire smoked Salmon, Celeriac Remoulade, watercress, creme fraiche and chive jelly, orange dressing to start, followed by trio of sausages, red wine gravy, sticky red onions & buttered seasonal vegetables, rounded off with pain au chocolate bread & butter pudding, cinnamon syrup, mini jug of pouring cream! A truly winter warmer!
Dancing provided by a ceilidh band have everyone up dancing the night away, and with Mark pouring many a jäger bomb, the evening was in full swing and enjoyed by all!
So that’s 2014 wrapped up for us! It’s been a great year, here’s looking forward to 2015!
